The service
StashPrint turns a photo of your collection into an itemized inventory, a rough value range, and a shareable “collector card.” By using StashPrint, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Not an appraisal
Item identifications and value estimates are generated by AI models and rough market-data lookups. They are estimates only — not an appraisal, inventory audit, or authentication, and may be inaccurate. Don't rely on them for insurance, resale, financial, or legal decisions. We are not licensed appraisers.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use StashPrint.
Your photos and content
You keep ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading them, you give us permission to process, store, and analyze them solely to generate your scan results and card. Only upload photos you have the right to share, and don't upload anything illegal or that infringes someone else's rights.
Payment
Unlocking a clean, watermark-free card is a one-time $4 charge per scan, processed by Stripe. Because the unlock is delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use
Don't use StashPrint to scan or catalog items you don't have the right to, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for anything illegal.
Service provided “as is”
StashPrint is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated identifications and values will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, beyond amounts you've paid us in the past 12 months.
Termination
You can stop using StashPrint and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
